This is an Internationally Recognized organization that brings awareness and understanding of people with facial differences. This seminar will outline the most common facial differences and discuss physical and psychosocial development.
As health care professionals, we must be sensitive to the individual needs of our clients. You will learn the best practice for effectively treating, understanding and meeting these special needs.
Dr. Scott MacGregor
Dr. MacGregor is an Orthodontist with a wealth of experience with Cleft lip and palate repair. He completed his education and Fellowship through U Of T and the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Dr. MacGregor will share his research and case studies of infant orthopaedics and orthodontic preparation for grafting at the cleft site. Digital model set-ups, indirect bonding, self ligating systems and temporary anchorage devices will be highlighted in this presentation.
