Dr. Chvartszaid holds degrees in both prosthodonics and periodontics. Soft tissue grafting procedures are undertaken in a wide variety of situations around teeth and implants to accomplish patient-specific aesthetic, functional and biologic goals. Achieving success with soft tissue grafting mandates sound case selection, understanding key biologic principles, and utilization of optimal surgical skills.  At the conclusion of the presentation, the participants will gain better appreciation of the challenges and opportunities of mucogingival therapy and will be able to apply the information in their clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.
